Most Failed Businesses were Religious

There was this great business man in the ancient city of Australia, whose line of Business was Agro Processing and packaging. He made it into the Country’s popular Business icons Magazine in the early 90s.

In the year 2000, he was approached by one of the Tech Savvy young man in his neighborhood, who suggested to him about the Digital Process of keeping Customer’s data and also a better way of Business Operation by implementing the necessary technology; he did not oblige.

His reasons?

His Business was doing well without those “jargon” he was told and God has been his greatest source of success.

The young man said, ” you could lose your Business to Digital Economy” if you don’t adopt technology…

With high tension anger, he rebuked him with this religious statement: GOD FORBID…

Few year after, the reality of the suggestion caught up with him. He lost out, he was overtaken and his products no longer hot demand as it were…

Did the quality reduce?
Did he increase his price?

None of these…

People became more lazy, more flexible and more Digitally inclined… The best Strategy became care rather than promise.

He could not care enough by calling them once in many months or calling them only when it’s been long they bought…

Someone had them messaged/e-mailed weekly without sales content, just to show care…

It was too demanding, he had no enough time and even if he engaged a new hand as a staff, it will take time for him/her to master the technique, hence his nurtured inabilities…

Oh! My baby, technology… What a pity…

No enough arms have carried you and many are feeling bored…

Religion does not replace innovation and changes in technology…

What if that was God who directed the young man to him for the on
time advise and suggestions?

Really?

No, the young man was just hungry and needed money for his upkeep, hence his stories for technology setup to enhance Businesses…

I guess that was his thought…

Lols, many are still falling under this same regretful decisions till today…

Customers you target by staying at a corner are being targeted directly by some of your competitors who have Digital means and prowess for on time conversion.

2. Conversion Strategy

The best Strategy for conversion is not constant sales, but constant care. Stop reaching out only when your sales or clients drop.

3. Communicate Values

Value communication cannot be soles communicated by the website pages you created. It’s a constant thing, therefore a Professional Value Communication channel is very necessary.

4. Give offers like a pro and not constant spamming…
